Tom Brady Out of Retirement

One of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, Tom Brady will be returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the 23rd season.

Brady took to social media to announce his decision to unretire and that he will be playing in the upcoming NFL season, saying that “his place is on the field and not in the stands.”

The details of his contract have not yet been published, though the team is in cap trouble, currently $3-million over the cap and have Pro Bowler Ryan Jensen as an unrestricted free agent so there will likely be cap casualties to make room for his contract.

The team has also lost Pro Bowler Ali Marpet to retirement and teams are interested in UFA Rob Gronkowski, which will leave big holes on offence.

The Buccaneers are expected to make some roster moves and surely the opportunity to play with Tom Brady will be a way for the Bucs to manoeuvre their way around the cap.
